Akkodis is hiring: Graphic Designer in Pawtucket

Akkodis is seeking a (Graphic Designer -Packaging) for a (Contract) job with a client in (Pawtucket RI 02862 - Hybrid). (Under the direction of the Creative Manager, this individual will concept, design and execute game packaging and in-package print collateral that communicates game play and brand messaging).

Rate Range: $25/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Must have skills:

- Proficient in Adobe Suit (PSD, AI, InD)

- Have packaging and print/color management experience

- Must have at least 3 years in packaging design experience, understand die line, typography and proper file set up for print production.

- Nice to have similar industry design experience in toys, games, or consumer product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
