Summary We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist/Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, digital marketing trends, and experience in building brand awareness within a local community. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in the health and wellness industry. Responsibilities Create comprehensive marketing campaigns encompassing online and offline channels to attract new patients and retain existing ones. Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content, including patient testimonials and educational posts about compounding services. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote new products/services. Manage and optimize the company's website and online presence (SEO, local listings). Explore and implement digital advertising strategies (Google Ads, social media ads). Produce high-quality, informative content (blog posts, articles, brochures, social media graphics) that highlights the benefits of our expertise. Develop patient success stories and testimonials. Build relationships with healthcare providers (physicians, clinics) to generate referrals. Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and conferences. Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets. Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels. Craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences (patients, physicians). Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, ROI). Use data to optimize marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2 years in marketing, preferably in healthcare or other regulated industries. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. An understanding of AI and how to use it in marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation. Experience with website management (WordPress or similar platforms) and SEO. Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for health and wellness.
