Summary

We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist/Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, digital marketing trends, and experience in building brand awareness within a local community. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in the health and wellness industry.


Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive marketing campaigns encompassing online and offline channels to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
  • Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content, including patient testimonials and educational posts about compounding services.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote new products/services.
  • Manage and optimize the company's website and online presence (SEO, local listings).
  • Explore and implement digital advertising strategies (Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Produce high-quality, informative content (blog posts, articles, brochures, social media graphics) that highlights the benefits of our expertise.
  • Develop patient success stories and testimonials.
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers (physicians, clinics) to generate referrals.
  • Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences (patients, physicians).
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, ROI).
  • Use data to optimize marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years in marketing, preferably in healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • An understanding of AI and how to use it in marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Experience with website management (WordPress or similar platforms) and SEO.
  • Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
