Xsolis is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts for the provider and health plan market segments. As a key member of the Product Leadership Team, this individual will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in developing and executing impactful product marketing strategies to drive the success of our innovative healthcare technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic, creative, and collaborative skills, along with a deep understanding of the healthcare technology industry. This senior-level role requires a proven track record in understanding target markets, market segmentation, and competitive landscapes; conducting competitive analysis and staying abreast of industry trends; effectively managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams; leveraging data analysis to inform go-to-market strategy development; and driving the overall product marketing vision and ensuring successful execution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strategic Product Marketing Leadership
    • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven product marketing strategies for the company's healthcare technology solutions.
    • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the product marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities to drive product innovation and market leadership.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Go-to-Market Planning and Execution
    • Develop and oversee the implementation of effective, integrated go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
    • Create compelling product value propositions, messaging, and positioning to differentiate the company's offerings in the healthcare technology market.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive buyer personas and customer segmentation models to inform targeted marketing and sales strategies.
    • Ensure the timely creation and distribution of sales enablement and marketing assets, such as presentations, brochures, and training materials.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and techniques.
    • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize go-to-market strategies.
    • Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and maximize the success of the company's products.
    • Create, enhance, and maintain product marketing management standards and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Team Development and Mentorship
    • Lead and manage a team of product marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages the development of new ideas and best practices.
    • Identify and nurture emerging talent within the product marketing function, helping to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Thought Leadership and Industry Expertise
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare technology industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
    • Represent the company as a subject matter expert, participating in industry events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product roadmap and strategy, ensuring the company's offerings remain relevant and competitive.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar go-to-market role, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare technology industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing effective, data-driven product marketing strategies that drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, anticipate industry trends, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product marketing teams, including the ability to mentor and develop talent.
  • Deep understanding of the provider and health plan market segments, their unique needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and go-to-market best practices, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive successful product launches.
  • Proficient in data analysis, market research, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role.

Working Environment and Travel Requirements

  • Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
  • Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
