Position Summary Details

Xsolis is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive our product marketing efforts for the provider and health plan market segments. As a key member of the Product Team, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing impactful product marketing strategies to drive the success of our innovative healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic, creative, and collaborative skills and have a proven track record of executing and delivering measurable results in product marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the provider and health plan markets Support strategic investment decision-making by developing business case and pitch deck materials in collaboration with product managers Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions to differentiate Xsolis' offerings Drive sales enablement and go-to-market (GTM) execution, developing assets like presentations, brochures, and training materials for internal and external audiences Develop buyer personas for each product in the portfolio, allowing for tailored sales execution material Perform market research and analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap Leverage a strong understanding of the target market and customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap Influence customer engagement and adoption to maximize the success of Xsolis' products Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment Develop, maintain and socialize product marketing standards, such as product placemat, product documentation repositories, product tools and templates, GTM metrics, etc. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar go-to-market role, preferably in the healthcare technology industry A proven track record of developing and executing effective product marketing strategies Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and drive product success Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions The ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment across teams Deep understanding of the provider and health plan market segments and their unique needs Familiarity with sales enablement and go-to-market best practices Supervisory Responsibilities This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role.

Working Environment and Travel Requirements

Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks. Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
