I'm excited to be partnered with an independently-owned Pharma Advertising agency on their search for a Vice President to join and lead their Account Services team. My client has recently won a huge piece of business on one of their largest accounts, and they are excited to bring on a seasoned leader to drive the brand's continued growth and success.

Job Description:
- Lead the day-to-day management of your assigned account(s), identifying opportunities for organic growth across multiple pieces of business (HCP/DTC).
- Manage and oversee the work of your team(s), ensuring they have all the resources necessary to execute the plan and meet expectations.
- Work cross-functionally with the wider account services team and internal teams to ensure client goals and deadlines are met efficiently and effectively.
- Develop client relationships resulting in continued engagement with the agency by providing points of view during periods of high competitor activity, congress activity, and slow periods on the account.
- Set the strategic direction, ensuring brand objectives are pulled through appropriately.
- Involved in the hiring process and responsible for training new team members to the agency and department, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring we align talent to task.
Skills Required:
- 7-10 years of healthcare/pharmaceutical advertising marketing experience.
- 4+ years of supervisory experience with the ability to manage and train staff.
- Superb communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tight-deadline work environment.
- Deep experience in “high science” categories and pitch experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
