Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting data by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions as required.
• Develop and implement processes between account teams and finance to meet day-to-day and high-level client requirements, in line with SOWs and MSA guidelines.
• Manage the monthly financial processes for assigned client(s).
• Review monthly client budgets and actuals with Account teams to verify billing, revenue recognition, and assess staffing plans for under-servicing or over-servicing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to employee resources and rates.
• Analyze client financials and prepare forecasting reports for both prospective and existing clients.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Account and Project Management teams.
• Safeguard the organization’s value by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Previous experience in an advertising agency is required.
