Meet is excited to be partnered with one of our top clients, a Pennsylvania based, full-service Healthcare Communications agency, on their search for a sharp VP of Project Management to join their team!
As VP, Project Management you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets business objectives, client satisfaction, and budget constraints. This role involves leading a team of project managers across multiple accounts, owning project scope, budgeting, and timing, while driving internal operations. As VP, you will also be responsible for talent development and play a key role in managing resources to deliver excellence.
Responsibilities: Leads project teams with a flexible management approach, ensuring complex programs are completed within scope and budget across multiple channels. Ensures accurate SOWs and collaborates with the Business Manager to provide realistic cost estimates and forecasts. Develops and optimizes operational tools and processes to enhance efficiency. Reviews projects across accounts, manages resource allocation, and oversees the creation and management of master project plans and roadmaps. Acts as the team's chief problem solver, leading risk mitigation and process improvement efforts. Structures project status reviews and provides guidance to account and marketing teams, managing client expectations. Leads client-facing discussions on production, managing vendor relationships, and driving resolution of complex production issues. Effectively manages a team of PM's, fostering career growth and managing performance effectively.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience working within Pharma Advertising; Experience in both HCP/ DTC. Bachelor's degree required. Proven progression in responsibility within a professional project management setting. Agency or digital project experience required. Excellent planning, coordination, management, and communication skills required. Experience in risk management, change management, and communications management.
