Lange Companies is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Team.

In this position, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s marketing program and processes, while developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth while ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values.

This opportunity is available in the following location: St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company’s objectives
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
  3. Maintain and enhance Company’s brand identity across all marketing channels
  4. Oversee creation of consistent and compelling content for digital and print platforms
  5. Collaborate with our marketing vendor to learn and uphold Company’s brand and messaging
  6. Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey Company’s message
  7. Focus on business-to-business (B2B) marketing efforts to sell services and generate leads
  8. Develop targeted strategies to engage and retain clients and business relationships
  9. Manage Company’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns
  10. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed
  11. Plan, manage and execute the full lifecycle of marketing events, trade shows and promotional activities
  12. Oversee full lifecycle of trade show logistics, including hotel reservations, booking and blocking off rooms, and other arrangements
  13. Face of campaign at marketing events and tradeshows and capable of professional in person communication with company employees and business partners
  14. Required to attend all marketing events, including those that fall on weekends (examples of 2025 include: March 7-8, April 11-12, May 2-3, July 9-10, October 17-19; and dates are subject to change)
  15. Travel Required (15%)
  16. Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms to include Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
  6. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  7. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends
  8. Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, if applicable, such as agriculture, logistics, or manufacturing]

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  1. Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  2. Certification in digital marketing or other relevant areas
  3. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
