We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo), an extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

As a part-time co-founder, you will:



  • Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
  • Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
  • Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale, anticipated January 2024).

Future Compensation Plans



While this is initially an equity and token-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes compensation after the successful public token sale anticipated in January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.



About the Organization



Launch Legends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:



  1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain with an integrated disruptive social platform for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
  2. WFO: Extreme Sports Affinity Network 'Built on Autheo' to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth.
  3. Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11, 2024. Incentivised testnet, together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January.


These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.



POSITION TITLE:



Web3 Social Media Coordinator



Location: Remote



About the Role



We're seeking a Web3-savvy Social Media Coordinator to support our social media operations across Twitter and LinkedIn, with upcoming expansion to TikTok and Instagram. This role will focus on maintaining consistent engagement, managing content scheduling, and creating viral content that resonates with the Web3 community. The ideal candidate combines strong Web3 knowledge with creative content development skills.



Core Responsibilities



Content Creation



  • Assist Social Media Manager in content brainstorming and strategy sessions.
  • Assist in developing viral Twitter content for the Web3 audience e.g., threads, memes, interactive content, etc.
  • Help conceptualize and plan for TikTok and Instagram viral content strategy.
  • Identify trending formats and adapt them for our brand voice.
  • Stay up-to-date with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 trends to assist with content strategy development.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop compelling multimedia assets, including short-form videos and memes.


Daily Social Media Management & Engagement



  • Assist in managing social media content calendar.
  • Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
  • Maintain active community engagement through replies, comments, and interactions with a sharp, witty, and approachable tone—becoming a 'God-Tier reply guy' with a meme game that’s second to none.
  • Monitor and respond to messages and mentions.
  • Track and engage with relevant Web3 conversations and trending topics.


Analytics & Reporting



  • Coordinate with Digital Analyst to track and analyze social media performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.


Requirements



Must-Have



  • 2+ years experience in social media management, preferably in Web3.
  • A passion for Web3 culture, with a deep understanding of the values, trends, and humor that drive the space.
  • A creative mindset with a talent for producing viral content and memes on social media platforms (with a focus on Twitter & TikTok).
  • Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools such as SproutSocial, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva).
  • Is consistently on CT, understands its fast pace and can capitalize on new trends quickly.
  • Skills in meme lording and internet culture with strong ability to make viral content.


Nice-to-Have



  • Experience with Quest Campaign platforms (Galxe, Zealy).
  • Experience creating viral content for TikTok.
  • Experience with viral Instagram Reels strategy.
  • Previous community management experience.
  • Existing connections in Web3 community.
  • Familiarity with Web3 growth tools and strategies, including quests, sponsorships, and community swaps.
