Job Summary:
Randstad Federal is seeking a Technical Writer in support of a program at IRS.

Location: Frederick, Maryland
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $50 - 60 per hour
Work Hours: 8am to 4pm
Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities:

• Develops comprehensive documentation that meets contractual requirements by translating complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
• Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with the team and customers to understand requirements.
• Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
• 5 or more years of experience as an effective technical writer; preferred candidate has experience in writing procedures, processes, and execution guidelines in CX and HCD.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
• Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Active or cleared IRS MBI is required for this role.
