Digital Product Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Director of MarketingOverview: Working under the Director of Marketing, the Digital Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the administration and promotion of all digital products.Primary Responsibilities:Facilitate the creation of promotional plans for all Crossway digital properties and products, including Crossway's e-commerce platform, ESV apps, and other websites and apps.Coordinate with the Advertising & Merchandising team on scheduling Google, social media, and app store ads to promote digital products. Collect ad performance data and generate and disseminate reports. Coordinate with the Director of Marketing and Content Marketing teams to promote digital products through social media, email, and article content.Facilitate the creation of content and other assets for all digital products, implementing the content strategy and schedule as directed.Coordinate and execute user communication plans for all digital products, including scheduling in-app notifications, implementing the user communication plan strategy and schedule as directed. Administrate the content and asset needs of all digital products, ensuring that users are always encountering an optimized experience with our apps. Assist in the creation of new digital products as directed.Analyze marketing-related data for our digital products and generate and disseminate reports and recommendations as directed. The position provides a competitive salary based on previous work experience, education, acquired skills, and established relationships. Compensation for every Crossway employee is reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Compensation Committee (ECC) of the Crossway Board of Directors.
