Senior Marketing Coordinator

Location: Daly City, California (Hybrid)

Available Office Locations: San Francisco Bay Area, Irvine, or Greater Sacramento, CA; Glastonbury, CT

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development:

  • Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals and qualification packages to secure new contracts and projects.
  • Maintain a centralized library of updated project descriptions, resumes, and other proposal materials.
  • Ensure efficient and collaborative proposal development by facilitating clear communication among stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple proposals and projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the company’s brand and online presence, including digital marketing efforts and content creation for the website and LinkedIn.
  • Support technical teams with conference registration, abstract submissions, and other networking initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and technical teams to create marketing materials for career fairs, conferences, and events.
  • Maintain branding consistency across templates and deliverables to uphold quality standards.
  • Collaborate with HR to foster company culture through employee events, polls, charity donations, and internal communications.

Customer Relations:

  • Plan and manage industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and client relationships.
  • Maintain and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate, relevant data for effective client engagement.

Business Development:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities in emerging markets and through client engagement strategies.

Internal Operations:

  • Support the Marketing and BD Manager in analyzing marketing performance metrics.
  • Provide clear and concise marketing reports to leadership and technical teams.
  • Assist in developing annual marketing plans and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or business development.
  • Industry experience in environmental, engineering, or water resources (preferred but not required).
  • Proven success in coordinating marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and developing proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, WordPress, SharePoint, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint CRM (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive and dependable approach.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across all levels of the organization.
  • Eagerness to grow both personally and professionally.
