Job Overview

Right works has been decades in the making, and now we're at the start of an exciting new chapter. In 2025, our in-house Creative Team is looking to bring the Rightworks brand to life in new ways and new channels. Critical to our brand's success-and our team's success-is our Lead Designer.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Design, you will be responsible for projects that help build and grow our brand, and ultimately drive sales leads and conversions. From ad campaigns and videos, to live events and websites, it all comes through our team.

Note: This is a hybrid position, with the potential for up to 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location.

Responsibilities Actively work as the Lead Designer on projects both big and small, including paid digital campaigns, corporate website & campaign-specific landing pages, email campaigns, videos, sales collateral, internal-facing assets and more Partner with Sr. Copywriter to concept ad campaigns for social, display and video Art direct all concepts, including video ads, product overviews, explainers, etc. Work with external contractors & vendors, including video editors, animators and printers Owning key design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring the final product meets both aesthetic and functional requirements Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Design and website team to elevate the brand experience on the Rightworks website and campaign-specific landing pages Work in partnership with creative leadership to help refine and elevate our existing brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, illustrations and photography Meet 1:1 with marketing peers to review creative executions, performance and learnings

Requirements 7-10 years of design experience at an ad agency and/or premier in-house creative team Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or related field Experience executing creative campaigns across the entire marketing funnel, with a focus on growth and acquisition campaigns. Portfolio that shows a range of campaigns, including: Digital campaigns: Paid display & social ads, website, email campaigns Video: Concepting & art direction for YouTube ad campaigns, as well as product overviews and explainers, customer testimonials Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (bonus points for basic animation skills) Link to portfolio required

Eligibility Requirements

This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States. Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship. Due to specific state regulations, we are unable to accept applications from residents of California, Hawaii, or Alaska. Relocation will not be offered for this position.
