Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team, focusing on development. planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for our ICP which includes nationwide accounting professionals and firms. This role is ideal for a data-driven demand generation expert with a proven ability to create impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will combine both process and creativity in campaign design, excel at building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, and be committed to driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will work closely with various teams to design, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
Note: This is a hybrid position, with the potential for up to 2-3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location.
Responsibilities Oversee the development and execution of quarterly and multi-quarter integrated marketing campaigns across all stages of the funnel to drive new lead generation, qualify and nurture existing contacts, and contribute to the creation of sales-ready opportunities Work closely with product marketing, creative services, product marketing, event marketing, and sales teams, among others, to map out clearly defined campaign plans and own their execution. Communicate campaign plans and results weekly, ensuring sales and marketing team readiness, alignment on quality lead generation, and shared achievement Continually test and learn; recommend new channels, acquisition approaches and A/B tests to achieve optimal outcomes. Establish clear campaign objectives, key metrics, and performance KPIs, while defining key milestones for campaign execution and follow-up, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. Develop and define the best marketing mix to reach and engage our target audiences, leveraging key channels such as digital ads, email, webinars, social, field activities, direct mail, and more. Leverage content and conversion rate optimization tools, working with product marketing, corporate communications and creative services to drive the right messages for each phase of the customer journey. Identify needs for content and enablement tools and work with product marketing, corporate communications and creative services to drive the right content creation across each phase of the customer journey. Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints. Prioritize resources effectively and make data-driven decisions to allocate spend across channels. Mentor and lead 1-2 marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights, and make data-based adjustments to improve performance. Share key learnings org-wide for transparency and continuous improvement. Monitor data to understand performance of campaigns, report key metrics, insights, and engagement rates to drive conversions and full-funnel growth. Communicate through briefs, digital (chat/email, project tools/Wrike), and live discussion within the marketing and product marketing teams, including content/copy and creative team members, to efficiently gain the best ideas and generate successful and effective campaigns. Play a key role in building a strong go-to-market winning culture, based on effective communication and shared ownership of results.
Requirements Minimum 5+ years' experience in high-tech B2B demand generation, campaign development and management for a SaaS business. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Business Management or Communications Must have proven ability to quickly build strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, the sales process, and the buyer journey. Strong understanding of transactional web sites (ecommerce) and SaaS model software sales. Superior organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with high-quality, timely execution. Analytical mindset with experience using data to make informed business decisions and optimize campaigns. Skilled at identifying challenges and creating effective, streamlined solutions Highly adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, with strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Strong influencing skills Highly skilled in writing/editing persuasively, clearly, and succinctly. Strong command of traditional marketing disciplines that include SEO, email marketing, lead generation, database management, and reporting. Strong knowledge of modern Martech stacks, including marketing automation (Pardot preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), content distribution, and ABM tools. Proficient in utilizing project management tools, such as Wrike (preferred). Prone to action, results focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Intensely curious, focusing on working through the noise to identify actionable insights Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex marketing challenges
