Digital Marketing Specialist

to lead and optimize consumer experiences across Amazon and TikTok Shop platforms. This role is perfect for a creative, data-driven individual with a passion for engaging audiences and delivering measurable results. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Optimize Consumer Experience on Digital Platforms

Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure creative assets align with consumer expectations and platform-specific needs. Customize content for TikTok Shop and Amazon audiences to boost visual appeal and engagement. Conduct A/B testing to measure asset performance and implement improvements. Apply SEO best practices and consumer insights (CMI) to enhance visibility and conversion rates. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and bullet points using data-driven insights. Leverage analytics tools to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

KPI Analysis and Strategic Reporting

Monitor and analyze KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics. Deliver actionable insights to refine digital strategies and maximize ROI. Present performance updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Agency Coordination

Coordinate with marketing agencies to ensure alignment with digital and commercial goals. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality control for agency-led campaigns on Amazon and TikTok Shop.

Media Campaign Execution and Optimization

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns for Amazon and TikTok. Collaborate with media and content teams to ensure campaigns meet brand objectives and reach target audiences effectively. Analyze campaign performance to refine strategies for future initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices. Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities. Partner with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to create a seamless consumer journey.

Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields. Expertise in Amazon and TikTok Shop platforms, including analytics and content optimization. Strong knowledge of SEO and data-driven marketing strategies. Exceptional project management and communication skills.
