The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating various marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our products and services. The role will involve working closely with the marketing and sales team to develop, implement and analyze campaigns across multiple channels to drive engagement and increase brand awareness. The Marketing Specialist will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.
Content Creation and Coordination: Assist in the development of content to create compelling and relevant information for campaigns, including copywriting, visuals, videos, and other multimedia assets.
Channel Management: Manage the execution of campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and other digital platforms.
Timeline and Budget Management: Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets for each campaign, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment, to optimize future campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including product management, sales, and creative, to ensure campaign objectives are met and messaging is consistent across all channels.
Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to inform campaign strategies and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Event Planning and Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including trade shows, webinars, product launches, and internal team-building activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a campaign coordination or similar role.
Proved track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Familiarity with graphic design tools.
Understanding of SEO principles and practices.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
