Duties include: Work directly with consumers, employers and customer service agents to define how a premium healthcare benefits experience looks and feels and translate those findings into actionable next steps for design, product and engineering; Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners/managers and designers to ensure the solutions we ship are aligned with users’ needs and goals; Evangelize the value of UX Research & Strategy, focusing on business value and risk mitigation; Execute strategic and tactical research across a large pillar of the business; Manage a team of UX researchers, supporting them in work prioritization, methodological selection and insights translation; and Work with adjacent research teams to create a cadence for collaboration/sharing. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.     REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Human Centered Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related computer occupation.
