Global Marketing Director - Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), Downstream Marketing

on the Brain Modulation Marketing team, you will set global marketing strategy for the DBS portfolio and create and execute marketing programs and strategic growth initiatives. This is a high visibility role which requires broad cross-functional knowledge, strong project management experience, and comprehensive business management skills. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams and marketing partners in regions across the world and provide direction and leadership within the organization. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s). Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities. Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place. Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships. Responsible for products and programs to drive category growth for the entire DBS Portfolio. Responsible for all downstream marketing initiatives for DBS including product launches, pricing frameworks, portfolio management and other key commercial programs designed to drive business growth. Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of people or program managerial experience, or Advanced Degree with a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, minimum of 7 years of managerial experience. Nice to Have

MBA. Prior healthcare marketing experience, ideally in Medical Devices. Demonstrated project management experience. Demonstrated critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills. Experience driving results in a highly matrixed organization by collaborating across functional boundaries. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $184,800.00 - $277,200.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP) and an annual long-term incentive plan. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
