As a Junior Graphic Designer / Event Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to create visually engaging materials that promote our brand and enhance client experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with our marketing and design teams, bringing innovative ideas to life, and contributing to the overall brand image of our company in the fintech landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Create digital and print materials, such as presentations, social media graphics, event signage, and promotional materials that align with our brand standards.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and design of marketing materials for events, ensuring brand consistency across all visual elements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop concepts that communicate our messaging effectively.
  • Visual Content Management: Maintain and organize graphic assets, keeping the design library up to date with our latest materials.
  • Client Support: Customize materials based on specific client needs and requests to help reinforce brand identity during presentations or events.
  • Trend Research: Stay informed on current design trends and best practices in digital and print media to keep our visuals fresh and impactful.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Adapt designs based on feedback from team members and clients to meet project goals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web design.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in handling design challenges.
