What We Need:

A talented, motivated, experienced News Anchor and Reporter. Major market sound, well informed, and passionate about news. Always learning and open to growth and development opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • News/writer, anchor
  • Gather, write, edit, prepare, and disseminate news content as assigned (text and audio)
  • Conduct news interviews with spokespersons, leaders, MOS
  • Record and edit audio for news broadcasts
  • Obtain and edit photos for web news
  • Reading, writing, excellent pronunciation and enunciation required
  • Enterprising news stories
  • Anchor newscasts as assigned
  • General newsroom responsibilities

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent writing, grammar, reading, pronunciation, and enunciation skills
  • Clear, strong, pleasant voice, conversational and engaging delivery
  • Interest and ability to follow and comprehend complex news stories
  • Translate complex topics and stories into understandable, conversational news
  • Curious, interested, able to enterprise stories
  • Ability to excel in both a team and individual work environment
  • Self-motivated, productive, strives for excellence without close supervision
