Lash Artist/Lash Extension Stylist Job at The Lash Lounge in Houston

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated lash extension stylist to join our Yale Marketplace salon. Your focus will be on providing excellent lash and brow services and creating a 5-star customer experience that will keep our guests coming back!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 6+ months as a Lash Stylist preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day
