Our global technology client is looking for a Content Manager/Paid Social Media Strategist.

Responsibilities:

  1. Craft creator content strategy and roadmap that meets NASM priorities and key moments in the retail calendar.
  2. Work with legal to issue contracts and manage monthly payments process.
  3. Manage agency workstream, including creating monthly content briefs to create content for TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube; review content and work with agency to integrate feedback.
  4. Manage relationship with internal teams to source and launch content; create mechanisms/SOPs to improve content creation and management and identify content synergies when applicable.
  5. Analyze performance data and draw content insights; report on campaign and SMA performance and present learnings/results in NASM business reviews.
  6. Develop a content experimentation roadmap, in partnership with key stakeholders, identifying and ideating on emerging social trends to test.
  7. Manage creator partnerships program end-to-end, engaging and informing internal/external stakeholders when relevant.
  8. Author inputs on behalf of Social Innovation to business-wide integrated marketing plans, strategy documents, and post-mortems.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ Years of experience with content creation in paid social.
  2. 4+ years of experience handling creator content (reviewing, briefing, overseeing execution).
  3. Agency Management Experience.
  4. BA Degree required.
  5. Creator Content for Social (Meta/Tik Tok/Pinterest/Youtube).
  6. B to C Role – targeting Gen Z in fashion/home/beauty.
  7. Experience reviewing, briefing, overseeing execution of content.
  8. Experience working with Micro Creators – 50 pieces of content a month.
  9. Project Management Skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.15 to $44.62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
