Athletics Communication Assistant Director of Multimedia & Creative Production - Ball State University

Ball State University welcomes applications for an Assistant Director of Multimedia & Creative Production. This full-time opportunity includes a generous benefits package with health insurance, retirement programs, educational assistance, and much more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for producing creative video content for Ball State’s athletics programs and external platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field of study by date of employment.
2. One year of experience in an athletics environment.
3. Good interpersonal, management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree.
2. Three years of experience in a NCAA Division 1 athletic department.
3. Strong content creation background, creative ideas, and a proven track record for creating high-level content.
4. Ability to work in a team/collaborative environment is critical.
