Design Associate Job Details & Perks:

• Sales experience required
• In-home sales or flooring sales experience preferred

• Candidate may work remotely ad-hoc when not attending client consultations or team meetings
• May qualify for paid attendance and travel to annual company convention in Cabo, Mexico

Design Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client’s homes to discuss their flooring project
• Follow our Sales System using our tablet, laptop, and software (non-negotiable)
• Act as the single point of contact for the customer for all types of flooring service requests
• Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
• Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to ensure smooth job execution
• Maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
• Engage in ongoing training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)

Pay:

Base salary + commissions. Potential earnings are $60,000 - $100,000 for the average Design Associate. Above-average Design Associates earn $100,000+.
