ENTRUST Solutions Group is hiring: Design Specialist in San Antonio

*MUST BE LOCATED IN SAN ANTONIO, TX OR SURROUNDING AREA*

What You’ll Do:

• Utilize design software and perform basic design engineering tasks to support underground and overhead electrical distribution projects.
• Submit, manage and maintain permits as required by project needs.
• Manage workload, projects and assist in production of plans, specifications, reports, diagrams, and engineering documents from preliminary scope to a construction status.
• Travel up to 20% max for field visits, project data collection, and construction coordination & verification.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-5 years in electric distribution (4kV - 69kV) performing drafting and/or CAD design tasks.
• Experience utilizing GIS mapping software.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work well with minimal supervision.
