Haralsoncountyga is hiring: Certified Court Reporter in Cedartown

The staff court reporter is required to attend all sessions of court for Judge Murphy. This is a non-reporting position when court is not in session.

Location: Cedartown, Polk County, GA and Buchanan, Haralson County, GA

Department: Office of Chief Superior Court Judge Mark H. Murphy, Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit

Opening Date: Position Vacancy Starts December 18, 2024

Salary: The salary is a base salary supplemented by a travel allowance and transcript fees.

Minimum Qualifications: Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia Certified Court Reporter license issued by the Board of Court Reporting of the Judicial Council of Georgia; three years of experience in court room operations and procedures preferred; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
