Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or related field
• Strong portfolio of work, demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions and patterns
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading a front-end application-based team with five (5) or more developers
• Experience using Figma (Mocks, Prototyping, Specs, Components) and full development life cycle with JavaScript using Vue.js framework
• Demonstrated ability to plan and implement in GitLab/GitHub, npm, ag-grid, mapbox, and other modern tools for development
• Demonstrated experience in full development life cycle coding standards and best practices for quality assurance
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research), creating personas, journey maps
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Support the client's product vision by researching, coming up with ideas, drawing, testing prototypes, and conducting user testing for digital products
• Assist in the creation of best practices and UI/UX design standards
• Strategically work together with cross-functional teams to provide innovative, customer-focused experiences
