POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, creative teams, procurement buyers, and external vendors, to bring marketing initiatives to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing project management and print production, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns through all stages of the production pipeline, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with marketing managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively address any potential bottlenecks or challenges
- Review, audit, and approve all project requests to ensure the required information and background is included
- Coordinate and align with various stakeholders, including designers, copywriters, marketers, and dock/receiving teams, to ensure seamless project execution
- Continuously manage the resources of the creative team and other partners, aligning with the priorities of the business
- Work closely with marketing managers, creative teams, and external vendors to deliver integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage external vendors, from print shops to fabricators to agencies, to produce final product, while maintaining open lines of communication and fostering productive relationships
- Collaborate with marketing managers and finance teams to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and contracting processes, ensuring the engagement of reliable and high-quality external partners
- Work closely with Purchase and Procurement departments to produce requests for quotes and purchase orders with vendors and to manage the budget of every project
- Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and ensure adherence to approved budgets
- Review graphics, layouts, print specs, and fonts before products are completed; Proofread materials as needed
- Oversee the finalization of marketing materials, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications
- Define and track project KPIs, providing regular status updates and performance reports to marketing managers and stakeholders
- Produce weekly reporting updates for all stakeholders with status of production jobs, including criteria such as budget and deployment dates
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success and impact of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Utilize analytics tools and platforms to measure and analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, marketing, or a related field or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two (2) or more years of experience as a graphic designer, marketing producer, or project manager in the hospitality industry or a similar field
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Strong budgeting and resource management skills, with attention to detail and cost control
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong background in purchasing, inventory and supply chain management systems and software (RedRock a plus)
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
