In this role, the Producer will perform a specialized project management role and oversee multiple CGI render created projects. You will be working with the Rendering team that is responsible for creating the assets needed to support our client’s omnichannel marketing efforts across the Kitchen & Bath business. You will be responsible for process improvement, talent pool development, and new content idea creation.

You'll work with engineers, designers, and artists to bring high-quality features to life. Using effective communication skills, collaborative problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making, Producers will drive customer focus, team priorities, process, and track project progress and schedule.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of content conversion for global ecommerce.
  • Initiate global conversations on process improvement ideas in Render medium.
  • Lead liaison between ITC and studio for all CGI/Render projects.
  • Perform quality assurance on all projects as necessary. Ensure brand standards are being met and group teams as needed to address any challenges.
  • Support the execution of multiple digital rendering (non-traditional photography) projects at once, from concept to delivery.
  • Partner with ITC on DAC and Blockout processes. Effectively problem-solve challenges and remove roadblocks.
  • Partner with Commercial Marketing / Engineering Team for Large, Upcoming ITB new product category.
  • Lead faucet finish development utilized in rendering for retouching & print production teams.
  • Manage the planning, scheduling, assigning, and tracking of detailed tasks and dependencies.
  • Communicate timelines and milestones effectively, identify risks, and clearly establish asset creation approach.
  • Lead pre-production, production, and post-production in totality, based on best practices, to complete our business partner's objectives.
  • Serve as the primary project liaison between the studio team, account and project management teams, and external vendors.
  • Maintain and update production databases, insurance ledgers, calendars, and similar production tools.
  • Collaborate with project leads on milestone goals that align with studio-wide development timelines.
  • Identify, track, and resolve cross-team risks and dependencies with the help of team leads and stakeholders.
  • Maintain positive and collaborative customer relationships between your team and stakeholders.
  • Support external development partner relationships.

RELATIONSHIPS

  • Reports to Studio Operations Manager.
  • Works closely with account and project managers, the studio team, and other members of The Beacon.
  • Contact with vendors and contract resources domestically and globally.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in project management, communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in production or project management.
  • Must be organized, skilled at simultaneous management of multiple projects, and understand render asset creation or have a skill set that can transfer.
  • Must be an exceptional communicator able to confidently explain estimates, production schedules, and production specifics to internal business partners and external vendors.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-discipline leads (Designers, Engineers, Artists, Producers, etc.) to achieve production plans that work for all disciplines.
  • Able to identify and resolve conflicts with projects and coworkers.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42 – $46/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
