Our client is seeking a talented Social Producer to help manage teams and produce various projects that come together for campaigns in the US and for select international markets.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter, able to handle various elements of the production and post production processes, with substantial experience across multiple platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Youtube, Snapchat and TikTok. A positive attitude, a strong passion, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Comfort in ambiguity is key.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project scopes, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans of paid and organic social, digital video, linear TV, and audio only advertising content as needed.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external teams from concept through creation.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision and have ownership of the final product’s quality.
  • Serve as a videographer for onsite shoots, facilitating the production of stills and videos for social-first assets.
  • As requested, provide video, audio, lighting and editing equipment for onsite shoots and editorial services.
  • Source and evaluate quality vendors who can elevate the work.
  • Bid and negotiate with vendors for all aspects of video production, editorial, post, and music.
  • Collaborate with legal, talent, and music vendors on all financial and licensing matters.
  • Understand and successfully navigate the bid process.
  • Provide clear communication of project statuses to internal teams and any third-party vendors.
  • Determine a project’s risk on an ongoing basis and escalate issues as needed.
  • Monitor out-of-scope requests and initiate additional estimates and approvals.
  • Assist global teams in creation of video assets for global territories.
  • Initiate vendor paperwork (including NDAs, requests for new contracts, new vendor paperwork, advance requests, etc.) and manage invoice process.
  • Serve as a guide in brainstorms to ensure ideas proposed are executable.

Experience:

  • Ability to edit in Adobe Premiere.
  • Familiarity with CapCut or similar social video editor.
  • Familiarity with photography and CGI render workflows.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.25 to $66.95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
