Primary stakeholder of IBM Ad Planning, associated maintenance and database management. Responsible for product-to-market content of all mass print pages.Key Responsibilities:15% Works in tandem with Production Artists to ensure print advertising materials contain timely and accurate product and pricing information. Responsible for keeping Production Artist and Coordinator pages on-task15% Responsible for ensuring offers/promotions are relevant and represented accurately15% Keys all ad-centric page date to IBM Ad Planning and Connect 3 or promotions manager and validates accuracy15% Maintains accuracy of information in IBM ad event system, which includes product SKU and SKU-to-market availability, product images, and descriptions which translate directly to the advertising vehicles10% Responsible for database management and upkeep of IBM Ad Planning systems10% Responsible for products' copy card content and consistency10% Attends marketing/merchandising advertising strategy and turn-in meetings to collect all relevant product copy and sku information10% Supports production supervisor in training and coaching new employeesDirect Manager/Direct Reports:NoneTravel Requirements:Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Physical Requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Working Conditions:Located in a comfortable indoor area.
