Position Purpose:

Ensures accurate and timely execution of mass-market versions of The Home Depot's print program. Primary stakeholder of IBM Ad Planning, associated maintenance and database management. Responsible for product-to-market content of all mass print pages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 15% Works in tandem with Production Artists to ensure print advertising materials contain timely and accurate product and pricing information. Responsible for keeping Production Artist and Coordinator pages on-task
  • 15% Responsible for ensuring offers/promotions are relevant and represented accurately
  • 15% Keys all ad-centric page date to IBM Ad Planning and Connect 3 or promotions manager and validates accuracy
  • 15% Maintains accuracy of information in IBM ad event system, which includes product SKU and SKU-to-market availability, product images, and descriptions which translate directly to the advertising vehicles
  • 10% Responsible for database management and upkeep of IBM Ad Planning systems
  • 10% Responsible for products' copy card content and consistency
  • 10% Attends marketing/merchandising advertising strategy and turn-in meetings to collect all relevant product copy and sku information
  • 10% Supports production supervisor in training and coaching new employees

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Minimum Education:
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
