CO2 Monitoring LLC is hiring: Creative Assistant in Las Vegas

We are seeking a motivated Creative Producer to join the Marketing department. In this role, you will support the Marketing Department by assisting with the creation and management of a variety of marketing materials and digital assets.

Your focus will be on executing creative projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all media. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, design, and media production who wants to grow and develop their skills within a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibilities focus heavily on media production. Current projects include writing articles, planning social media content, and creating vector graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, management and scheduling of marketing materials, both digital and physical, including social media content, website articles, print materials, digital ads, video testimonials, and more.
• Create and produce high-quality illustrations, vector graphics, and animations to support marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials.
• Contribute to media production efforts by utilizing high-end cameras, lighting, and other equipment in our state-of-the-art production room, as well as during on-location shoots. This includes hands-on work in photography, video, and graphic design for promotional campaigns, events, and online platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department Lead to ensure all creative projects align with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the marketing department, including maintaining content calendars, tracking progress on creative projects, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Take detailed meeting notes and accurately document key discussions, decisions, and action items. Upload tasks to project management tools (such as Notion) to ensure clear tracking, development, and accountability throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct extensive research and development for various projects, including sourcing and purchasing equipment, gathering background information for white papers, and supporting other marketing and media-related initiatives.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are key, as well as a proactive and eager approach to learning. The ideal candidate will thrive both in independent tasks and as part of a team, with an eye for design being a major asset.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong interest or experience in SEO, marketing, graphic design, animation, and media production is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), as well as Canva.
• Must be proficient in project management tools (such as Notion and Buffer) for scheduling, transparent communication, and efficient project execution.
• Must be proficient with media production technologies (such as cameras, microphones, lighting), including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Digital Marketing strategies.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus and will be beneficial for communicating with a broader range of clients and partners.

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable transportation is required for frequent travel to other office locations, client meetings, and on-location media production projects in the greater Las Vegas area. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
