Job Title: Events Marketing Specialist
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 06+ Months Contract with Possible Extension
Pay Range: $38- $40 Per hour on W2
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Events Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the planning, execution, and optimization of our Global Roadshows across various regions, including AMER, EMEA, and APJ. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful events that enhance engagement and drive pipeline growth. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring operational excellence and achieving marketing success.
Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Execution:
Work together with global marketing teams to organize and deliver high-impact events, both virtual and in-person, for prospects and existing customers. Launch and promote these events through multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid, social, organic, and email. Operational Support:
Assist in creating Salesforce campaigns, building registration pages, managing budgets and contracts, and handling virtual event logistics, along with maintaining the marketing calendar. Team Collaboration and Communication:
Serve as a key liaison between Global Programs and Regional Marketing teams to ensure strong internal communication and alignment, paving the way for program success. Project Management:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop high-quality event assets, including email content, targeted offers, and promotional materials. Performance Reporting:
Monitor and evaluate channel performance, event ROI, and overall marketing funnel health. Provide insights for continuous improvement and enhanced efficiency of events. Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, preferably within an enterprise-level organization. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Suite, Zoom, Salesforce, Splash, Marketo, and Asana. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and performance reporting. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail, especially in content creation and editing. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to travel as necessary.
