Job Details: Title: Process Design Consultant Location: Chandler, AZ Duration: 12 months of contract | Hybrid Pay: $43/Hr. to $45/Hr. Job Description: Support Process Owners in building and maintaining comprehensive process documentation to enable decision making, provide proof of regulatory compliance, and to sustain continuous process improvement Promote and facilitate the use of process management principles and tools to assess processes and aid in the identification of process improvement opportunities including: documenting current state processes, identifying pain points, and developing target state solution recommendations Required Skills/Experience: 5+ years of process design experience including process, people and technology design Advanced process mapping skills using Visio or ARIS
