You bring a consumer-centric, storytelling approach and a passion for creating seamless experiences across all touchpoints, And get uncontrollably excited about the opportunity to continue building an iconic global brand from the inside-out.

You’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining and designing a wide and ever evolving range of assets — including print and digital initiatives, emails, newsletters, product packaging, related content, social/video graphics, etc. Working closely with copywriters and other creative team members, you will be asked to create branded materials that clearly communicate our business objectives and elevate the overall Brady customer experience. And work with the team to strategically activate the customer experience ecosystem — delivering seamless, meaningful and cohesive interactions at every touchpoint.

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver design work on myriad of elements including but not limited to; brochures, info sheets, presentations, banners, emails, packaging, product branding, retail displays, catalogs, social media, event exhibits, logos, sales enablement tools,

Bring a creative problem-solving mindset to strategically activate the customer experience ecosystem to accomplish multiple business objectives from internal stakeholders — while delivering seamless, cohesive and meaningful interactions at every touchpoint

Work with speed and accuracy for timely yet thoughtful turn-arounds, taking direction earnestly from peers, superiors and stakeholders while improving yourself and the work

Coordinate and collaborate with design and marketing peers in offices around the globe

Bring a strategic advisor approach to consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders to share ideas, deliver fresh thinking and present a recommended design approach

Own all stages of image collection from photoshoot coordination and art direction through image processing to utilization of images in traditional and digital formats

Comfortable with both the artistic-leaning and data-leaning design projects

Pivot frequently between customers, industries, segments and product categories inside a varied business representing more than 50,000 products

Manage supplier relationships including printers, photographers, image processors, etc

Be a steward of brand guidelines with passion for consistency and growing investment in branding across the organization to enhance and elevate the brand experience

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

BA / BS Degree in Graphic Design or a related field of study or similar work experience

3-5 years design experience at an agency or in-house creative department

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Dreamweaver

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details

Ability to handle multiple, concurrent and ongoing short-term and long-term projects while working under pressure and adjusting to changing priorities/deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality

A love of learning, always seeking to stay current on design practices specifically in the industrial product category through organizations, publications and visual audits of competitive and complementary products

Ability to prioritize work within deadlines and set realistic delivery expectations

Expert knowledge in the graphic production process

Experience using asset and project management software

Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision

Work in an agile / iterative project cycle management structure

Familiar with digital asset management, metadata tagging and library management

Comfortable designing HTML at a beginner to intermediate skill level

Must provide a portfolio of past projects that reflects your passion and skills

Must participate in a sample project assigned by Brady if selected as a finalist
