As Amaro Law Firm continues to expand its footprint and increase its client base, the need for a dynamic Social Media Manager has never been more critical. A robust and innovative social media strategy is essential to reach new audiences, engage our community, and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives, including brand awareness and lead generation. You will manage and mentor the social media team, fostering a creative and results-driven environment.
  • Content Management: Create and manage content calendars for organic and paid social media across multiple platforms, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
  • Best Practices: Leverage expertise in social media best practices to optimize profiles for engagement and growth.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a loyal following by actively engaging with audiences, responding to inquiries, and building a vibrant online community.
  • Paid Media Campaigns: Design and manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing ad spend to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and manage partnerships with influencers to amplify the brand’s reach and credibility.
  • Crisis Management: Monitor social sentiment and develop response strategies to address challenges and maintain brand integrity.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and platforms, incorporating innovative content formats like video and interactive elements.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics to track performance, gain insights, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader business goals.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize campaign impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Leadership: A hands-on leader with strong mentoring capabilities and a passion for fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social analytics platforms) and adept at optimizing campaigns.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (certifications in digital marketing are a plus).
