Job Overview The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Marketing technology stack, including our Pardot instance, and creation and execution of automated programs, and other digital messaging. Working in a fast-paced environment, this individual is responsible for the execution, optimization, and reporting of our lead flow across different business units. They will also collaborate with other members of the marketing organization on database health and managing existing and new integrations, as well as troubleshoot email delivery and system issues. Note: This is a hybrid position, with the potential for up to 2-3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location. Responsibilities Understand, document and support business processes among sales, sales ops, marketing and marketing opsHelp architect marketing tech solutions for marketing stakeholders based on current and future processes and business goalsAdminister Pardot, including the management of users, contact database, Engagement programs, campaigns, and automation rules.Manage Pardot integration with 3rd party tools like D&B, Qualified, Groove, Calendly, Gravity forms, Partner stack, Storylane, and other parts of our existing and future tech stack. Work with IT on Pardot and Salesforce clean-up, data de-duping and enhancementsManage lead scoring and optimize lead routing alongside sales ops to ensure efficient routing processes.Import leads from Tradeshows, Events, and 3rd party promotional events for tracking results.Continually improve lead nurture and other conversion rate optimization opportunitiesMonitor and evolve the marketing Campaign framework to ensure learnings are applied to campaign optimization, and tracking is clear and adopted universally. Provide recommendations and insights across marketing and sales orgs.Work effectively with Sales and SalesOps to govern lead SLAs and marketing-sales interlock. Seen has a highly collaborative partner with SalesOps/RevOps and Business systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.Troubleshoot sync errors between Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Automation.Proactively test and ensure all forms and workflows are working appropriately.Evaluate and recommend new/changes to our martech stack.Ownership of end-to-end marketing tracking and reporting, including tying marketing activity to goals and actuals (lead and revenue). Ensure lead follow up by sales and partner to optimize conversion based on speed to lead and overall cadences. Create and manage Marketing reporting leveraging Pardot and Salesforce objects.Support high-performing email marketing, including guiding growth of the Email Automation Specialist, and own some hands-on email nurture and other campaigns as needed. Day to Day management of Marketing Ops SpecialistRequirements 5+ years' hands-on experience in email marketing and MarTech administration (Pardot and Salesforce preferred)Is seen as a go-to trusted source of marketing results and operational excellence by others across the organization.Current Certified Salesforce Pardot AdministratorHands-on experience with tools like Groove, CallRail, Calendly, Qualified, PartnerStack and WrikeWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Highly analytical, including ability to build SFDC, spreadsheets and tools like PowerBI to show clear marketing results as needed.Comfortable presenting marketing results to sales/marketing and executive leaders.Expertise in development of automation rules, Engagement Studio programs and B2BMADeep understanding of digital privacy laws and best practices - GDPR, CCPA and CASLExperience with Marketo, and experience migrating from Pardot to Marketo a plusExperience implementing new marketing technologies (e.g. Qualified)Strong sense of project ownership and accountabilityTechnology driven and ability to pivot and learn new toolsSelf-starter with an ability to manage numerous projects with tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail, execution, and strong focus on qualityPositive attitude and willingness to take on any tasksBachelor's degree requiredEligibility Requirements This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States.
