Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist Location: St Paul, MN 55102 (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week) Duration: 6 Months Job Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media. Create clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and website content. Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing and R&D to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts. Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing communications initiatives. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making. Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars to promote company products and services. Coordinate logistics, create promotional materials, and follow up with event participants. Required Skills: 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or public relations. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style as needed. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a positive attitude and a passion for storytelling. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, social media management tools, email marketing software). Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design principles (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 2-4 years experience
