Contract Duration: 6-months Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN | Hybrid Compensation: $30.00-$34.00 per hour What you'll do as the Marketing Communications Specialist: Develop and produce high-quality content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media Create clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and website content Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing and R&D to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing communications initiatives Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars to promote company products and services Coordinate logistics, create promotional materials, and follow up with event participants What you'll bring to the Marketing Communications Specialist role: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or public relations Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style as needed Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, social media management tools, email marketing software) Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design principles (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinking skills with a positive attitude and a passion for storytelling Take the first step on your new career path!
