Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Our client, a sweet and fun-loving baby apparel brand, is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to join their team in NYC! Responsibilities: Develop and lead comprehensive retention marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value. Design and execute customer retention initiatives across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and loyalty programs. Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for enhancing retention and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to align retention strategies with overall business objectives and brand messaging. Oversee the development and implementation of loyalty programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and measurable results. Create and present performance reports, highlighting retention metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for growth. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in retention marketing, with a strong focus on D2C businesses. Proven track record of creating and executing successful retention strategies. Experience with platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive a plus. Experience managing or developing loyalty programs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for measurable outcomes. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Please submit a resume for consideration.
