Senior Fire Protection Designer As a Senior Designer, you will be a key player within our fire protection team. This role will be responsible for providing complete design, stock listing, and hydraulic calculations to support our industrial/manufacturing focused fire protection pursuits. NICET Certification required.

Other duties may be assigned. Collaborate with pre-construction team during bid pursuits. Provide hydraulic calculations and layout assistance for pre-construction. Responsible for managing design on multiple large industrial fire protection projects. Work with engineering team to receive permitting and approval on design. Ability to manage fast paced design environment on large projects. Provide 3D BIM models. Attend BIM coordination meetings. Maintain high standards of workmanship and professional representation and responsiveness for prospects and customers. Other duties as assigned. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY:

Strong leadership qualities. Elite time management skills. Strong collaboration skills. Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and understand building plans and blueprints. Excellent administrative and organizational skills, expert in communication, writing, and documentation abilities. Deadline and detail-oriented. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/EDUCATION

10 years’ experience in the fire protection field. NICET Level III certification preferred. Must have valid Driver's License with clean record. Proficient with HydraCAD, AutoSprink, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and HASS.
