The Video Producer & Editor is responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases properties, promotes the brand, and engages the target audience. This role involves end-to-end production, including planning, filming, editing, and delivering videos on schedule, with a focus on efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Video Production:
  • Plan, storyboard, and script property tours, showcase videos, and promotional ads.
  • Film and edit short-form (1 min), medium-form (3 min), and long-form (10-15 min) videos.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and junior staff for pre-production planning.
  • Incorporate drone footage, lifestyle clips, and detailed walkthroughs.
  • Edit footage to deliver engaging and polished videos with smooth transitions, color grading, and audio syncing.
  • Create compelling thumbnails using design tools.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all videos meet brand standards and are delivered on time.
    • Maintain consistency in style, pacing, and storytelling.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with brand goals.
    • Participate in regular planning meetings to set priorities and deliverables.
  • Equipment & Workflow Management:
    • Maintain and organize filming equipment.
    • Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
    • Experience with filming equipment, including drones and gimbals.
    • Strong understanding of video storytelling and pacing.
    • Familiarity with creating thumbnails and optimizing content for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
