THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR
As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you live your power by supporting the world class CorePower Yoga studio experience including coordinating studio operations and holding the studio to the highest health and safety standards. This SC role is a part-time, entry-level position which will allow you to learn the business and develop the skillset to operate a studio.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times.
- Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio level goals.
- Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week.
- Serve as the studio-level point of contact for students and staff.
- Support maintaining an appropriate level of studio supply inventory.
- Engage and know your studio community consistently.
- Support teachers in their learning experience.
Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol Coordination:
- Uphold high standards for the studio cleanliness and functionality.
- Support communication around Smart Health Protocol.
- Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET).
- Lead Orientation for new Studio Experience Team members.
Coordinate Studio Systems:
- Act as a liaison between the Studio Manager and the teaching and SET teams.
- Understand and efficiently navigate POS.
- Support administrative follow up of online reservations.
Teaching Schedule:
Support the studio class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 classes per week.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Experience in Customer Service required.
- Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
