CycleBar is seeking a General Manager for our state-of-the-art location in Tigard, OR. Our General Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They prioritize driving sales and revenue within the studio.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach and lead generation.
2. Build lasting relationships with members and prospects to foster ambassadorship and retention.
3. Lead and manage staff schedules and supervise the CBX team.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
5. Plan and participate in community events and studio promotions.
6. Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
7. Coach and train team members on hospitality and sales tactics.
8. Work with the owner to set and achieve monthly, weekly, and daily targets.
9. Drive referral business through member ambassadorship.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Ability to generate personal sales and train others in sales.
• Manage revenue streams: memberships and retail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data management.
• Passion for fitness and a customer-focused attitude.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and professional.
• Proficiency with computers and studio software.
