This role is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is available only in New York City.
Responsibilities
The Day One Integrated Production team is the backbone of all we do. Working alongside each of our core disciplines, this is a team of big picture thinkers, facilitators, creative problem solvers. Integrated Producers are the lieutenants of the team being equal parts project management, client liaison, and content producer. As highly effective communicators and relationship builders, our Integrated Producers provide holistic thinking as they drive the process forward. This team is highly organized and works alongside all departments. They know what everyone on their teams need to be successful; all while proactively troubleshooting across all departments so deliverables are met in a timely manner that best support the work.
The Integrated Producer will lead day-to-day processes that will assist in getting a wide range of creative initiatives off the ground through completion. You will work directly with the Brand lead on client business, and alongside each of the discipline leads. You will assess project feasibility, curating the right resources for the project, project planning, and interfacing directly with clients.
This role requires a strong mix of creative thinking, social, digital & video understanding, time management, organizational skills, and most importantly an ability to keep projects on track, on budget and at the highest level of creative excellence. In this role, you will:
- Make things happen. Not just driving work-back schedules, but making the moves to drive the work forward
- Connect across internal disciplines (strategy to production)
- Lead creative feedback communications with clients and internal teams
- Clearly communicate project details for both internal & external teams
- Track and triage deliverables, budgets, and project overlap, adjusting schedules and alerting teams as needed
- Lead, source & produce video concepts from Writers Room & Always On ideation
- Produce and shepherd deck creation for clients and internal teams
- Develop scope components including timing, resources, and costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in integrated production, or similar role
- Experience in the development and tracking of multi-disciplinary project plans
- Experience establishing and maintaining project communications
- Experience creating and managing project estimations, resourcing, and budget reports
- Experience overseeing the development of project deliverables
- Experience maintaining processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle, proactively identifying and managing project issues
- Ability to provide purpose, direction, and motivation to the team
- Ability to clearly communicate and clarify project objectives and success criteria, providing day to day project status updates
- Bachelor’s Degree

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $65,000-$85,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
