We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web & Mobile Content Manager to support the Digital Marketing team in delivering impactful projects focused on usability, design, and content excellence. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and will manage and enhance web and mobile app experiences, ensuring high-quality content, seamless user journeys, and alignment with business objectives. They will create the copy and/or coordinate copy creation and then load it to the platforms through our content management systems. Through creative, strategic and experiential content we will showcase the Atlantis brand story through our website and mobile app. Key Responsibilities: Primary role is to ensure all the content on the mobile app and website is accurate and up to date and functioning as intended. This person will be the expert on the website and Mobile App's CMSs and be the go-to person for app content and app messaging questions. Web Design & Maintenance: Maintain visually engaging, user-friendly web pages aligned with brand standards. Implement updates and ensure web content is optimized for SEO and user engagement. Ensuring pages are responsive and compatible across devices and browsers. Build out and test new enhancements to meet digital conversion and traffic goals Implement A/B testing to continually optimize the site for enhanced customer usability Mobile App Content Management: Update and manage content within the mobile app, ensuring accuracy and consistency with web content. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues in the app. Ensure all app updates meet accessibility and usability standards. Create and load in the CMS engaging text messages to send to guests' mobile devices Content Creation & Optimization: Create, upload, and manage web and app content, including but not limited to offers, events and landing pages, using content management systems (CMS) and app management tools. Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with marketing campaigns. Regularly audit and update content for accuracy, relevance, and compliance. User Experience (UX) Focus: Conduct usability testing and user feedback analysis to improve web and mobile app experiences. Propose and implement design and content enhancements based on user insights. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor web and app performance using tools like Google Analytics and app analytics platforms. Provide regular reports on engagement metrics and recommend data-driven improvements. Collaboration & Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to align web and mobile app content with broader marketing and product strategies. Respond to and troubleshoot any website or mobile app issues in a timely manner, coordinating with development teams to ensure stability Document processes and workflows to maintain efficient content updates. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of experience in web design and content management, with exposure to mobile app content management. Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, or similar). Basic understanding of app management tools and platforms. Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices. Proficient skills in UX/UI design. Proficient skills in AI. Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong creative writing skills Personal Attributes: Passionate about creating easy to use, yet experiential web and mobile experiences Be able to multitask and handle rapidly shifting priorities, short deadlines and must have the ability to be responsive under time pressure. Possesses excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, as well as, has a strong eye for detail. Is proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team. Understands that web and mobile is a 24/7 part of the hotel business and at times flexible hours are required to troubleshoot errors and meet tight deadlines. Hospitality experience is a favorable and should have a passion for travel Detail-oriented and highly organized. Creative problem solver who thrives in collaborative environments.
