Instructional Designer Qualifications/Responsibilities:

Design & Develop Training: Create and maintain engaging technical training materials across instructor-led, micro-learning, blended, and self-paced formats.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with mission goals and platform requirements.
Expertise in Learning Design: Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and the ADDIE model.
Additional Requirements: U.S. Citizenship, TS/SCI security clearance eligibility, and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
