We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join the Digital Assets Team. This individual will create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation that conveys complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, UX teams, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and tailored to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in establishing best practices for commercial product documentation.
- Review and improve existing documentation strategies for products and applications.
- Collaborate with UX teams to optimize the presentation of documentation on the Resource Hub.
- Work with product, engineering, and commercial teams to create and publish content, including product requirements, workflows, user guides, and technical materials.
- Develop standardized processes and templates for documentation to support consistent delivery across products.
- Produce and maintain documentation, such as architecture diagrams, API/ABI guides, workflow diagrams, deployment diagrams, and infrastructure requirements.
- Assist in creating content strategies and documentation plans for product development.
- Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to meet end-user needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer with a focus on API and ABI documentation.
- 2+ years of experience in software development.
- Familiarity with financial institution technology and API integration architecture.
- Experience with Blockchain and Web3 technologies.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, RESTful web services, and programming concepts.
- Proficiency in authoring tools, CMS platforms, and task management tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman, Confluence, JIRA).
- Knowledge of tech stacks like Python, MongoDB, CDC, and Kafka.
- Basic diagramming skills using tools like draw.io or Miro.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and think creatively in a fast-paced environment.
